- The Clearpay Merchant Portal will display the order total in your (merchant) currency and also the amount the customer will pay in their local currency along with the exchange rate.
- Please note that the exchange rate displayed is always what is applicable from the customer’s perspective so to work out what the customer pays, take the order total in your (Merchant) currency and divide by the exchange rate.
- We do not display the customer’s payment schedule information in the Merchant Portal so you will not see the individual payment schedule amounts that the customer pays.
