The most common reasons for an order failing to be approved by Clearpay is due to following:
- the customer not having sufficient funds on their card
- the customer not entering their card details correctly
- If the customer is still experiencing issues - they can contact the Clearpay customer service team in their app by tapping My Clearpay then tapping on Help
